   March 2006

On March 28 and 29th, Consul General Naim Ahmed visited Yellowknife. While there, he met with territorial government and local officials, enjoyed the Northern Lights at Aurora Village, and took to Great Slave Lake to putt a golf ball at the launch of the PGI Golf Tournaments for Literacy - founded by former CBC broadcaster Peter Gzowski in 1986.
